Very smooth. I didn’t need an appointment. There was literally no queue here either. Took me 45 mins to submit the application (had to step out in the middle to find an HSBC and pay the fee). The visa was processed in 3 days and it was easy enough to pick my passport up.

They refused to issue a multiple entry visa. Only single entry.

Experience:
Quite smooth. I needed an appointment. Cost me £10 in phone costs to make the appointment. There is a waiting time of about 10 days in getting an appointment.

Took me 10 mins to submit the application. The visa was processed in 10 days and it was easy enough to pick my passport up. Note: there were special times for submitting and picking up passports. I could only pick it up between 1.15pm and 3pm on weekdays. This was an inconvenience.

They gave me a 6 month multiple entry Schengen visa.
